Reflection
Teachers and students have a deep understanding of Indonesia's local customs and necessities. Different cultural experience deepens the understanding, both teachers and students recognize the cultural similarities and differences between the two countries.
The friendship between the teachers and students of the two schools has been strengthened and profound friendship has been established.
Teachers in UGM-SV are committed to work,. They pay attention to research, teaching and community services , and most of them must obtain a PHD degree. They have no Summer holiday and winter holiday. When the students are off, teachers continue to learn or improve themselves.
Students in UGM-SV are very conscientious and diligent in their learning attitude, they are more active than students in our students.
Specialty setup in UGM-SV are closely linked to social needs, and students have many opportunities to practice in this field. After entering the society, they can directly engage in this field and apply their knowledge to practice.
School-enterprise cooperation in UGM-SV has been very successful and deserves our school's study.
Through this exchange program, the courage of the students was improved. Students have a certain cross-cultural awareness. A month's life makes them more independent. They can accept tasks and difficulties freely and complete them on time and in good quality.

Finally, my colleague, Mrs. Ren Xinyuan, who show much care for me; and all our student, who are good team players and self-disciplined.
Conclusion
As my partner Mr. Saiqa, from Economics and Business department, majors in management, different from my major, so the joint teaching and research is novel and very challenging. Both of us are very busy. So as long as we are in school, we’ll meet with each other, learning more about our teaching and research field. And most of time, we are discussing the topic we plan to do. We try our best to find a meaningful research topic we are both interested, at last we choose “Factors Affecting Students’ Choice to Vocational College” as our research topic, and we design and complete the questionnaire, and now we are preparing for the paper. Hopefully, the project will be more fruitful with their publications and scientific achievements. Despite the difficulties, both of us have benefited greatly, broadened the scope of our cooperation, and both feel that there are still many opportunities for the future, waiting for us to sit down and explore further.
